Anti-inflammatory green juice

What about trying out this “Anti-inflammatory” Green juice?

It’s easy to prepare and only requires one machine therefore is easy to clean:
4 Celery sticks
½ Cucumber
1 cup of Pineapple
1 Apple
1 cup of Spinach
Juice of ½ a lemon or lime
1 knob of Ginger

Put all the above ingredients into a juicer, stir and consume immediately! Easypeasy.
